CHECK IN
Check In 4PM
Your door code is unique to you and is available through the platform you reserved in.
We hope your enjoy your stay at our property and are confident you walked into a beautifully clean and fully equipped getaway.
However, if you find anything amiss upon check-in please message Stephanie right away. Your feedback is important to us and we would be disheartened to hear of a concern or complaint after your stay and know that we missed a chance to improve your experience.
PARKING: Our parking is all street city parking, and is free. You may park anywhere that is available. For extra overflow we recommend parking across street along the dead end road. It is important that you do not park in front of any driveways or park across multiple parking spots. The city will write citations.
Ring Cameras - These are for security purposes only, and will not ring through the condo like a doorbell.
TV's : Turn on the TV and put in your check out date. You can then log into any of the major apps like Netflix, Prime etc. When you leave the tv resets and logs out of those services
Bikes/Gear - Have your own bikes? feel free to bring them inside the condo, however you are responsible for any excess mess or damages caused by them. You may also store them in the back hallway. Please leave room for guests to walk through and cleaning staff to get to the lockers. This space is not available for unit B- but can be by request.

PATIO & SPA
Quiet Time 10PM-7AM
This is a shared space between the 4 Downtown condos. Please be respectful & courteous of other guests.
This is a non-smoking space
Please shower off after a day of adventure prior to jumping in the hot tub.
Spa towels are gray towels located inside your condo in a bin. Please do not bring white bath towels out side.
No glass containers are allowed in the spa area for everyones safety.
No unattended children in the hot tubs.
No diving.
Patio area is closed at 10pm due to mandatory quite hours.
BBQ Grills are both available for your use. There is a bin of cooking utensils under the grill cover. Please clean and return these after using them. There is a gas auto shut off dial under the grill you'll need to turn for the grill to start. They are both on natural gas so no propane is needed.
HOUSE RULES
This property is a non smoking/ non vaping property
No pets allowed
If anything breaks, please notify us immediately. We are dedicated to keeping this property in excellent condition and will note to replace item during cleaning.
Spills. If anything spills please use provided cleaning supplies and gray towels to clean. Please do not use white bath towels.
Quiet Hours are between 10PM-7AM. Please keep noise to a minimum and respect our neighboring properties and guests.

Soaps & Toiletries
There are dishwasher pods, and extra paper towels under the sink. We keep trash bags next to the garbage cans in the island.
We provide plenty of laundry detergent & dryer sheets to keep things clean while you visit.
There is extra rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom drawer, as well as a hair dryer.
Please re use towels whenever you can, Utah is in severe drought and every bit helps!
Thermostats
The remote for the A/C - Heat is located in each room. Please note that even though each room is adjustable. All rooms need to either heat or cool. They can not conflict. An error code will show if they do not match. The easiest way to fix this is to take one remote and turn off/on every unit with the same remote.
Trash & Pickup
The kitchen trash can is located in the drawer next to the sink. Trash and recycling pick up is every Monday and Thursday morning. There are two trash bins located on the side of the patio area. Please do not throw your garbage in the dumpster in the alley way - this is not ours.

Check Out is 10AM
Your door code will stop working after 10AM, please be prompt. Cleaners will arrive shortly to prepare for the next guests.
Please load & start dishwasher
Gather all trash and bring to bins outside.
Make sure you have all your belongings. We can mail things back to you at your expense but we are not responsible for items left behind
Turn off all lights .
Please return any furniture moved back to its original place.
If you are heading out before 10AM please send Stephanie a message so that we can send cleaning crews earlier!
